- Although a bit less refined, this is very Metal Slug-esque in graphical style and music. Which makes sense, because most of the graphics and sound team consist of the same people.
- Completed the game with Flame using 27 continues. That Dr. Crayborn has one of the more phallic mutations I have seen. Pretty gross. But I defeated him and revenge is so sweet.
- I am such as brave city sweeper.
- Oh no! Dr. Crayborn escaped during the end credits!
I played the first stage on MiSTer. Fun game!
