Goddess of Victory: Nikke (Windows)

This is a gacha game - you get anime girl soldiers as random loot, and then do RPG grinding in the form of a cover-based shooter. The unspoken selling point is that the girls butts jiggle when they shoot, so you're basically building a collection of different butts. Very classy.

The installer seems to playing a melancholic piano theme and catchy nu metal on top of each other.

I spent an hour or so playing this silly game. Typical for a mobile game, it's all metagame and almost trivial non-meta gameplay. I have unlocked new anime girls. So far, I have optimized for butts first, battle ability second.

The music, most of it by Cosmograph / Jong Hyun Joo, is a bit cheesy, but I've got to say that it's very well done. The piano menu theme is genuinely very charming and catchy.

Mindlessly clicked few menus for a couple of minutes. Man, this type of game is boring.
