I bought this, which seems to be the king of WWII strategy games.

It cost 77.50 DKK on GOG.

I set the GOG DirectX settings like this for a nice sharp window:

• Display mode: 2048 x 1536 60 Hz
• Presentation: Windowed
• Scaling method: Integer scaling
• Enhancements: all disabled

and left the rest unchanged.

I won the battle of September 21st, 1944 in Arracourt by capturing all the German occupied cities, after destroying the enemy 'supertank', which took a lot to kill.

Hotkeys:

I lost the first US campaign scenario. Apparently, you have limited turns to achieve a Tactical Victory, otherwise you lose.
