Aero the Acro-Bat (SEGA Genesis)

A circus themed Sonic-like platformer. The first thing that came to mind when I was playing this, was how small the Aero sprite is compared to Sonic. The game has a weird structure, you have to jump on a number of star platforms in the first level, then a ring of stars appear, and then you can exit the level.
