Caves of Qud (Windows)

After seeing a glowing review from Splattercatgaming, I decided to invest 16.79 EUR to try out this ambitious roguelike. It looks very different from some of the other roguelikes I have played, perhaps it's more similar to something like ADOM?

I was bitten to death by a Two-headed Boar. I have no idea what's going on.

I tried recording my first serious run with voice over. This is my first attempt at a video with commentary. I was interrupted when Malu came home, but I should be able to record more and stitch them together. I'm using a Zoom H1n-VP as a microphone and mixing the audio using OBS. OBS has DSP modules you can slot into the signal chain, such as compression and Limiting. It's a bit tricky to set up with the simplistic UI, but it's neat that it's in there.

I'm emulating the video style of TheUberHunter, a YouTuber who does some very calm roguelike playthroughs with clearly audible keyboard sounds.
