Great Swordsman is Budokan's granddad. One of the early sword fighting games, Great Swordsman is pretty fun, reducing the potential complexity of weapon-based fighting to three attack types, high, mid, and low and pure timing. When I play, it's all about baiting the AI by opening myself up for a specific attack, stepping a step back to avoiding it, and following up with a counterattack.
Got the score 20170.
I reached the Kendo stage for the first time, after some dude shot me with arrows. Very uncool of him.
