This 1999 Fatal Fury game plays very smoothly and feels very modern - much like Street Fighter III, although slightly less visually impressive.

- Completed the game with Khushnood Butt on 1/8 difficulty and got the score: 736600. Completed with the colorfully named Khushnood Butt. He plays a lot like Ryu, and was really easy to get used to.
- Completed the game with Dong Hwan on 2/8 difficulty and got the score: 73800. I just realized an important feature of Garou. Low blocks do not block high attacks. And as most AI attacks are high, block high should be the default defensive action, not low block. Like in Street Fighter IV, the final boss seems to be bad at blocking jumping kicks and sweeps - so I played aggresively, jumping around and doing hard kicks. It worked.
- Got the score 152600. I hate Tizoc, that big birdfaced freak.
- Completed the game with Rock Howard on 2/8 difficulty.
- Thor had one of the coolest Neo Geo games, Garou. I couldn't really remember how to play it, but it was great to try on the original console.
- I played a bit of this awesome game with our host on our guest room Neo Geo AES.
