- Tried the tutorial at work. And then the game crashed on the first level.
- Got the Year 198X Completed! achievement. - I went back and prevented the game from crashing on my machine at home. I completed the 198X time zone and added Jef Leppard to the Force. Message to myself in the year 2034: 'To estemeed Professor/Astronaut Jakob Schmid. The game Super Time Force is extremely 2010s; so much so, that you should enjoy replaying it ironically. Sincerely, 2014.'
- Got the Year 673 Completed! achievement. - This game is fast and crazy and a lot of fun. The level design is extremely loose, allowing for many different approaches.
- Got the Year 199X Completed! achievement. - Thunderdome! It's very cool to see all your time dudes working together, hundreds of bullets flying all over the screen. Mayhem.
- Got the 1,000,000 BC Completed! achievement. - I saved the dinosaurs!
- Got the Year 3072 Completed! achievement. - I killed The Internet!
- Got the 9600 BC Completed! achievement. - Sentient poop!
- Completed the game on Normal difficulty. My strategy for the last boss battle against Dr. Infinity was simple: Since multiple timelines will change the flow of the boss battle, and you have limited time, every timeline should be played in a way that is generally useful throughout the battle. This means:
- shooting a lot diagonally left and right using RB to lock the aim direction,
- maybe making a shield in the middle where you can seek shelter, and
- surviving as long as possible.
