  • After seeing Into the Breach, I got a sudden urge to play some Advance Wars. I never played this because I don't have a Nintendo DS, but it seems to run fine on DeSmuMe 0.9.11, after adjusting the 3D settings:Depth Comparison Threshold to 100 (based on this tip from rogerman).
  • I completed the first 5 missions. I missed Advance Wars, what a great series.

  • I was playing a bit of this on the DeSmuME core in RetroArch. My save started with Mission 6, I might have an uncommitted save on another machine.
