A SEGA Genesis / Mega Drive game from 2019! Xeno Crisis is a Smash T.V.-style game in an Aliens-like setting. It was funded via a successful Kickstarter campaign and released for the SEGA Genesis on October 2019. The game was also ported to the Neo Geo and the SEGA Dreamcast, as well as for modern platforms, including PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.

- I pre-ordered a boxed copy of this cool new Genesis game from Bitmap Bureau for 60 GBP (520 DKK). It looks super neat, an Alien-inspired multidirectional shooter with graphics by Henk Nieborg.
- I just got the ROM file via e-mail, and threw it into Mednafen. The game plays, looks, and sounds great, can't wait to spend some more time on it.
- I played through AREA 1-3 and died in AREA 4: THE NEST. Very fun, nice that you can level your character up to suit your play style. It should also be a fun two-player game.
- I got the real SEGA Genesis Cartridge in the mail, and it works perfectly. Very cool game.
- I played a few games on the MiSTer, what a great game. I'm reached AREA 4, but still haven't reached the boss.
- Got the [Normal Mode] Facility Cleared achievement.
I have been climbing the RetroAchievements charts from around the middle, placing around 17000, to 15534 (top 45%).
