- I played through the demo, and walking around in the burning city reminded me of the original 1999 game. And like the original, it was very cool right up until Nemesis shows up, and then everything becomes annoying. I would like to see something more from this game before deciding to buy it, an unkillable enemy really kills my motivation.

- I started a new game on normal difficulty, played the first person intro which is (probably intentionally) very reminiscent of Resident Evil VII. The game looks and plays great like the last remake.
- I was in a horrible area with Brain Suckers implanting bugs in my throat.
- I went through the sewers, fought a flamethrower-wielding Nemesis, and then switched to playing as Carlos, who did a quick tour of the Raccoon City police station.
- Jill was hurt and taken to the hospital by Carlos.
- Jill got out of the hospital and into an annoying lab level.
- Completed the game on Normal difficulty. The last boss fight is hilariously over the top. Some fun crazy mutations in this game.
- I played through a practice round of the asymmetric multiplayer mode 'Resident Evil: Resistance', where you can play 4-player coop on a map with randomly placed items against a player that acts as a game master. I played a practice round on easy difficulty, which is stupidly easy. I might try again on a higher difficulty.
- I tried again on the Normal difficulty. Still stupid easy in practice mode. After that I tried a multiplayer match, which was a chaotic mess and not really fun.
