The smooth gameplay and nice animation is hampered a bit by very rough sound effects and a curiously unbalanced mix, where the music is all but completely inaudible during gameplay.

This game runs at 30 FPS with some barely noticeable tearing.
The nice looking reflections in the car windshield are using a copy of a section of the screen to the upper left of the car. It's noticeable when you drive past a sign on the left, which is copied into the windshield.
