not completed.

The Video Game Museum had a exhibition at GDC 2012 about the history of 3D games. It wasn't too exciting, except for one very special piece of hardware: the Virtual Boy. The failed Nintendo 3D console, featuring two red monochrome screens, was much more impressive than I was led to believe. The wireframe vector graphics of Red Alarm looked super crisp and stylish, the frame rate was smooth, and the whole thing just looked cool. I was playing hunched over the device in an uncomfortable position for several minutes before yielding to severe back pains, but the Virtual Boy was something very unique to experience. I hope the 3DS can live up to its older, stranger brother.
