VS. Super Mario Bros. (Arcade)

The first time I played on a Nintendo VS. System arcade machine, I played some Super Mario Bros., found the level skip and ended up in world 4-2. I found the cabinet at the 'Pinball Hall of Fame' in Las Vegas.
