In this game, you ride around in a Lamborghini Countach with roof-mounted guns, shooting other cars, and then you pull over, and enter an apartment complex and shoot punks that explode into bloody messes. A true artifact of the 1980s.
This has a very Amiga vibe to it, and it did indeed come out for the Amiga 2 years before this Genesis version.
This doesn't play very well.
