    Played through rougly half the game with Nevin. I'm totally intrigued by the story and the characters.

    Goddammit, this is getting more and more intense and unpleasant. Crawling through the pipe was awful, and the knife / saw thing was absolutely horrible. I get distressed by these sequences, especially when Nevin is playing, and I'm unable to control the events. Very stressful.

    Completed the game. Nevin and I completed the game, probably getting the worst possible ending. Most of our characters ended up in an early grave, and Ethan also eating a bullet... Not very uplifting. The ending seemed very disjointed and inelegant, and the end credits showed sequences different from the ones we played through. Maybe the better endings would play out more elegantly.
