Gals Panic (Arcade)

A Qix-clone where the backgrounds are pixel art girls, that become more naked for each stage. You never see anything more than nipples, though. When you finish the stages of one of the 6 girls, you see a black and white scan of a real photo that looks a bit like the pixel art girl. The game teases you by randomly replacing the girls with other things such as frogs, octopuses, or ninjas. It's a great idea, it pokes fun at the horny player trying to see naked girls while playing.
