- 9329I played the new Darksiders with Mikkel G and Erik for a couple of hours, beating the deadly sins of Envy, Wrath, and Avarice (greed). The latter was a great boss fight, fantastic, almost Terry Gilliam-esque design, and very fun to play. The game generally looks great and has great enemy designs, but is a bit rough around the edges, especially when it comes to level design and difficulty tuning. A few random jumps are frustratingly hard, the environments don't always signal where to go, and the relatively high difficulty of the enemies makes whatever small physics glitches that much more frustrating. Also, there are loading freezes at random points in the game, and the game crashed once while we were playing it.
