Completed Stage 2/7. And then my Genesis froze with a sweet slowly modulating FM synth sound ringing forever after. I have deduced that the password to continue from level 3 is NAIGEP.

Completed level 3/7 after beating up a particularly creepy teddy bear.
Completed level 4/7. That Chestburster attack deals *so* much damage. Back-forward-B is the key to this game.
